CDC Abrazo

Born in 2007, Abrazo is a big-moving bay colt with a gentle temperament and movement that will catch your attention. Although he is definitely 'breeding stallion quality', I decided to geld him as a yearling because I felt his quality of life would be better as a gelding. Abrazo is now looking for a life-partner who will appreciate his gentle spirit and kind-hearted nature. Asking $15,000.

(Odalisca GF x Romerito II)

Odalisca GF
Dam
Romerito
Sire

Are you looking for an amazing opportunity to purchase an Andalusian who carries some of the most important bloodlines in the Andalusian world? Don't miss your chance with this boy!

Abrazo's sire and dam are the award winning Romerito II, a 17 hand dark bay PRE stallion making quite a name for himself on the Open Dressage Circuit and Odalisca GF, one of the most exciting mares in the Pacific Northwest, holder of National Top Five titles in English Show Hack, Western Pleasure and Halter and the 2005 Reserve National Champion Spanish Senior Mare. Named 2005 Pacific Rim High Point Series Purebred Andalusian Horse of the Year, Odalisca has earned numerous Show Championship titles in English, Western, and Halter divisions.

Their 2007 foal, Abrazo, is offered for sale to discerning buyers for $15,000.

Romerito was imported from Germany at a young age. His sire, Jabonero VI, was bred by Yeguada Nobleza del Guadiana who is also the breeder of the famous Indiano XVIII ("The Lion of Spain") owned by the Indiano Syndicate in California.

Romerito's unusual height of 17 hands enables him to perform breathtaking extensions, his classical conformation guarantees light collection. Romerito is highly intelligent, gentle and people oriented, exactly how an Andalusian should be. With his rare color, bone size and height, Romerito's athleticism is the dream of Classical Dressage enthusiasts and serious PRE Andalusian breeders.

TWO Purebred 2009 Andalusian Foals available in-utero
We were so delighted with CDC Ansia (the adorable 2008 filly whose photos you can see on the 'Our Horses' link) that we decided to do the same cross again for the coming year. (Caprichosa x Hilandero 10). In addition, we're breeding our star broodmare, Odalisca GF, to Hilandero this year too. Her 2009 foal will be for sale if it is a colt.

Caprichosa is a classic baroque-style S/P mare, proudly passing on the best of both the Andalusian and Lusitano bloodlines in her heritage. Originally imported from Mexico, Caprichosa became a cherished member of the Caballos del Corazon family in 2007. Odalisca GF was our first purebred Andalusian. An own-daughter of Indiano XVIII out of a Guarapo / Genil bred mare, Odalisca is truly Spanish royalty. We are very excited about this cross.

Hilandero X, has international championship titles in three countries: morphology in his native Spain; dressage in the Dominican Republic, and senior stallion and best movement in Canada. In 2008, he is in training for the IALHA National Championships in several divisions under saddle as well as in halter.

Asking $8000 in-utero price for Caprichosa's foal; $9500 in-utero price for Odalisca's foal -- colt only price. Please contact us to review the contract.

Bombero
(Odalisca GF x Romerito II)

Born in 2006, Bay colt with presence to spare; this one's going to be huge! Bombero was the first-born colt from the Odalisca GF x Romerito II crossing. His movement, size, and willing attitude quickly convinced us that we were on the right track with this particular cross. Bombero

Anteri qualified for Nationals, Half-Andalusian Junior Mare in 2001, and is now the constant companion of IALHA youth rider (and professional equine photgrapher) Alex Crippen. Anteri
