Born in 2005, Armani LFA has been stamping his foals with his trademark star and personality.

I knew I’d found the perfect stallion for my ranch the first time I saw this incredible young talent as a weanling. Armani’s sire, Guarapo, is by the incredible Genil (Champion of Champions in Spain and Mexico). His dam is out of Gremlan Farm’s Ladina and by Navarre, both IALHA National Halter Champions.

Armani started his show career in 2007 with a Reserve National Champion Junior Stallion title at the Canadian National Show. He added to his accomplishments in 2008, when he won National Champion English Pleasure, Youth; National Champion Western Pleasure, Youth at the Canadian National Show and the 2008 Western and English Pleasure Performance Futurity at the IALHA National Championship Show.

Odalisca GF
(Indiano XVIII x Olimpica NR)
Born in 1998, Odalisca GF comes from some of the finest bloodlines in the Andalusian breed. Her father Indiano XVIII is legendary. Three times Champion of Champions in Spain, Champion of Champions of Mexico – he is one of the most important PRE Andalusians of our generation.

On her dam’s side, Odalisca’s relatives include Guarapo (her maternal grandsire) and Genil (Champion of Champions in Spain and Mexico).

Odalisca’s show career began in 2005, when she dazzled folks in the Pacific Northwest by sweeping show after show and earning the Pacific Rim High Point Purebred Andalusian Horse of the Year honors. At the IALHA National Championships that year, she was named the Reserve National Champion Spanish Senior Mare, while at the Canadian National Show she has won National Champion or Reserve National Champion in halter each year she’s been shown as well as English Pleasure Champion.

Odalisca was bred by Gremlan Farms in Bakersfield, California and started by legendary horse trainer Vaughan Smith. She has incredible natural action and is one of the most athletic horses I have ever known. Special thanks to Northwest horse trainer Cyndy Stephens Winchell for showing this dark beauty to all her championship wins.

Hilandero X
The blood of this magnificent imported PRE stallion (owned by Rancho Tres Potrillos) runs through two of our horses: CDC Ansia (2008 mare) and CDC Memoria (2009 mare).

Undefeated in Halter in the Pacific Northwest in 2008, Hilandero was named the 2008 National Champion Senior Stallion at the Canadian National Show. He is true royalty.

Jefe
(Hollin x Snowden’s Bay Lady)

Jefe (the ‘boss man’) represents the quality we strive for with our Half-Andalusians.

Born in 1996, this dark bay gelding has won more awards than I can remember, including National / International Championship titles in Western Pleasure, Dressage Suitability, Hunt Seat, English Show Hack, Halter, and Best Movement.

He accumulated so many points in 2005, 2006, and 2007 that he won the Pacific Rim High Point Half-Andalusian Horse of the Year honors in all three years, competing against Half-Andalusians in Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Montana, and Canada.

In 2007, Jefe was also named the IALHA Half-Andalusian Horse of the Year in recognition of his accomplishments.

Jefe epitomizes the versatility and athleticism of our Half-Andalusians. He has competed successfully in endurance races, N.A.T.R.C. events, dressage, reining, Trail Trials, Andalusian and Open Breed shows, and has spent multiple weeks covering high country trails in Montana as well as Eastern Oregon wilderness areas.

CDC Memoria
(Hilandero X x Odalisca GF)

Born in mid-April, 2009, Memoria is a living testament to the power of dreams. This Pure Spanish filly is named in memory of horseman Vaughan Smith, whose passing left the Andalusian world mourning the loss of one of our most talented trainers and beloved friends. From her first steps, she has clearly been destined for greatness. She will be retained as a permanent and valued member of the Caballos del Corazón herd.

CDC Ansia
(Hilandero X x Caprichosa (Mex))

Ansia is a lovely feminine filly, stamped with her father’s ‘look at me’ presence and her mother’s very baroque build. She is spending her early years growing up in pasture, where she keeps herself quite fit with her antics and joyful play.
